The award celebrates the legacy of Dr. Kozaitis, whose decades of service have inspired countless students and faculty alike. With the focus on praxis anthropology, this award aims to support students dedicated to using anthropology to advance social transformation and justice.

To award the inaugural scholarship this year we need just an additional $1,000 by December 31. Otherwise, we will have to wait until next academic year after the endowed funds have generated sufficient interest to start putting the funds to use. Please consider making an additional contribution of any amount to help Anthropology graduate students in their academic careers!
