Panther's Pantry

Support of Georgia State's Panther's Pantry in its mission to provide assistance to students facing food insecurity has raised $13,108.

Panther's Pantry

Established in 2014 by a group of graduate students in nutrition, Panther's Pantry distributes food and toiletries to students experiencing short-term food insecurity.

Each year, the pantry helps hundreds of students to alleviate hunger while also learning ways to turn simple foods into nutritious meals. The pantry is staffed entirely by student volunteers who rely on donations from the Georgia State community to keep the pantry stocked.

Your gift to Panther's Pantry will help to keep the shelves of the pantry well-stocked with dry goods, fresh fruits and vegetables and basic toiletries.

Thank you for your support! Please help us increase our efforts by sharing this project.

With your gift to Panther's Pantry, the Georgia State University Foundation will work with the Office of Civic Engagement and the Panther's Pantry staff to purchase food from the Atlanta Community Food Bank. This new partnership with the Food Bank will enable the university to purchase quality food for pennies on the pound.
