Georgia State film student, Rachel Ramoutar, wants to accompany her documentary in Monaco as it vies against other competitors in the Blue Ocean Film Festival and Ocean Conservation Summit. While there, she will not only be representing Georgia State University but will also have the opportunity to attend workshops and mentoring sessions with industry professionals such as Disney, National Geographic, and Paramount just to name a few. This festival is supported by Prince Albert of Monaco and will be held at the Jacques Cousteau Museum. This donation will help cover the cost of food for the day or the train ride from the airport to the Monaco state.
